How to use: -Step1: On coarse side (Grey) move the knife in one direction from bottom of the blade pull the knife downwards upto the top. Lift the knife and repeat again. Step 2: On fine side (white) for sharpening, again move from bottom of the blade pull the knife downwards upto the top. Lift the knife and repeat again. Step 3: Use a tissue to wipe off the blade for removing the small particles.
Move in one direction only - from bottom of the blade pull the knife downwards upto the top. Lift and repeat again. Do not move in forward and backward motion.
Keep away from children. Rinse with normal water and clean with soft cloth after every use and keep it dry. Not to be cleaned in dishwasher.
